I recently discovered Timber Hill winery in Milton, and I felt inspired by their Jalapeno wine. This recipe is a quick-fix for a busy weeknight!

2 T. of olive oil
1 cup of cooked black beans
2 T of taco seasoning
1 cup of diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup of grated cheese
tortilla chips
1/4 cup of Timber Hill Winery's Jalapeno Wine

Saute black beans in the olive oil.  Add the onion and green pepper and tomatoes.  Cook until well heated. Turn off flame and add the wine.   Put the contents in a bowl and add cheese and chips.
