Yoga & Ayurveda for Anxiety
A workshop with Breathe Yoga & Wellness Center and Natural Patterns Ayurveda

This specialized two part workshop is for those seeking natural solutions to better understand, manage, and prevent anxiety and stress.
Ayurveda is an ancient healing modality from the Yogic tradition that uses lifestyle habits, meditation, herbs, and more to bring the whole self back into balance. From this perspective, Sabrina, of Natural Patterns Ayurveda, will discuss causes and symptoms as well as ways of managing and preventing anxiety.
From the yogic perspective, Kristin, from Breathe Yoga and Wellness Center, will further discuss philosophy and offer practices including breath work, movement, meditation, and sound healing. You will leave with simple home remedies for daily life.
No yoga experience necessary! Please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothes. Basics Co-op Owners receive a $5 discount.
