One Love Bread is located right here in Wisconsin in Withee!  The company seeks to supply the "best food on earth" for our communities, using organic flour and grains, purchased from local organic farmers.

Naturally Fermented

One Love Bread's specialty is naturally fermented sourdough bread, which is leavened naturally. This means that no baker’s yeast has been added to get the dough to raise. Instead they have cultured the organisms that live naturally on the grains as they grow in the field, and these organisms naturally make the dough rise! This is the way all bread was once made.

Sprouted Grain Breads

These sprouted grain breads represent the ultimate in healthy eating. Each loaf has one half pound of fresh fermented sprouts!

50% of the flour has been replaced with fresh sprouted organic whole grains. The addition of various other seeds like flax, pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, etc. make this a very dense bread. It is packed with essential minerals and vitamins.

It is also naturally leavened using One Love's homegrown sourdough starter culture.
