Hand-made in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Becki's Olive Salsa's are made from a unique blend of zesty Sicilian-style green olives, ripe olives, loads of healthy freshly chopped vegetables, and Italian herbs, in a delicious Mediterranean olive oil marinade.
It's every party's favorite dip for crackers, breads or veggies. It pairs beautifully with deli meats to create a delicious sandwich or wrap. The salsa is well-loved on burgers and pizzas too!
Becky Spina began giving her olive salsa as gifts to friends who loved it and subsequently asked if they could purchase more. Already having a career as a music therapist, Becki declined. However, when she lost her job and found herself caring for family, she knew that she needed to find a way to make ends meet.
From the advice of a friend, Becki decided to build a business around her olive salsa.
On July 8, 2006, Becki had her first sale at the Eau Claire Farmers Market when she brought 87 containers of her salsa and sold out in just two hours.
And the rest, as they say, is history!
