MCT oil (short for medium chain triglycerides) holds a myriad of health benefits for everyday use.

MCTs have been consumed all throughout history, but are believed to be largely missing from the typical “Western diet.” MCT oil from coconut by Nature’s Way is made up of only the medium chain triglycerides, no additional oils or fillers.

Contrary to popular belief, certain saturated fats, especially MCTs, are easy to digest and can contribute to heart health, obesity prevention, and brain health. Because medium chain fats are easy to digest and sent directly to the liver, they can positively alter your metabolism and the body can burn them for energy instead of storing as fat.
