What are natural foods?

To us, natural foods are whole foods that are as pure and minimally processed as we can find them—with as little as possible removed and with nothing artificial added. Our natural foods are loaded with nutrients and in balance, both within the foods themselves and with nature in general. Natural, whole foods at Basics are free from artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives.

We also encourage sustainable, organic agricultural practices and support local food suppliers when possible. We care about our land, the environment, and our resources.

Our goal is not only to provide natural foods. What sets us apart is our dedication to service for our customers. Our devoted staff can answer nearly any question you might have—if we can’t, we’ll research it and find an answer for you. And we do it at prices that you can’t beat.
