Starting wage at hiring is dependent on experience and position and is no less than $11.00 per hour. All staff, whether part-time or full-time (30+ hours), accumulate paid time off (PTO) and earn 1.5 times the hourly wage if working on a holiday when the store is open. We offer a Simple IRA retirement savings program for all staff, and full-time staff are invited to take advantage of our excellent health and dental plans.
All Basics staff receive generous product discounts including wholesale pricing on non-stock items, and 15-25% off most regular-priced items storewide!
