Fish biologist Peter Fritsch has been a part of the fishery since 1994. In addition to their well-known premium farm-raised trout, Rushing Waters has an on-site smokehouse to turn farm-raised Atlantic salmon and wild Alaskan salmon into tender smoked fish with the flavor of northern hardwoods.
