Five generations of farming experience from Hughes Farms brings us Blue Farm Organic Tortilla Chips. Randy and Judy Hughes manage all aspects of the business locally, as A-Maize-ing Corn Products of Janesville.
The Hughes’ mission is to grow and produce wholesome food in an environmentally sustainable way. Their farm has held organic certification though the Organic Crop Improvement Association (OCIA) since 1991.
Organically grown Blue Farm Tortilla Chips are made with only organic blue corn and organic sunflower oil, from sunflowers that are also grown right here in Rock County.
If you travel Highway 14 between Evansville and Janesville, you may catch a glimpse of the impressive sunflower fields each summer!
