Bushel & Peck’s first took root in 2002 on a small organic farm located in Monroe, WI with a dream of living off the land. Since that time, Bushel & Peck’s has grown into a restaurant and retail store located in Beloit, WI.
Founded by Jackie Gennett and Rich Horbaczewski, Bushel & Peck’s handcrafts each and every jar of preserved goodness - just like in simpler times. Every fruit, vegetable, and herb is hand-selected with most of the items grown on their own certified organic farm. Local pickles, jams, sauces, relishes, and fermented foods are made by hand.
