LaClare Family Creamery grew from a ‘hobby farm’ purchase by Larry and Clara (LaClare) Hedrich in 1978 that just happened to include a couple of goats. Now, that ‘hobby farm’ has expanded into a family run business!

LaClare Family Creamery now offers a full line of fresh dairy goat products with goat milk sourced from patron farms within a short distance of the creamery. This local and fresh direct supply allows the Hedrich family to set the standard for goat milk dairy products. Today, LeClare Family Creamery offers a full line of specialty cheeses and goat milk!
