Located in Columbia County, WI, Sassy Cow Creamery is owned and operated by third generation farmers James and Robert Baerwolf and their families on land that has been in the family since 1946.
The dairy cattle at Sassy Cow Creamery are treated with care and compassion. James and Robert believe that every farm-related decision must be good for the cows. Their milk is rigorously tested to ensure it is the safest, highest quality and best tasting!

Milk from Sassy Cow Creamery is bottled right on the farm so it isn’t pooled with milk from other farms. Sassy Cow farm-fresh rBGH free milk can be found in our dairy cooler and is currently available in Whole, 2%, and Chocolate.
