Alice is an OG!
Alice has been a Basics shopper since the store was on Court St, and an Owner since it became a co-op. Back then, natural, organic products were far harder to find than they are today. Convenience may have brought her in, but the mission keeps her here.
She loves that there’s always something new to discover, but she definitely has her staples: organic produce, local eggs (it’s like having your own chickens!), elderberry juice, and her trusty beet and cranberry supplements.
While the discount is appreciated, it’s the atmosphere that keeps Alice coming back. Even though the locations and staff have changed over the years, the warmth and friendliness of the staff have stayed the same.
