We’re super excited to announce 3 NEW shopping benefits at Basics that are entirely digital and automated! You do not need to be a Co-op Owner to take advantage of these new rewards! If you already have an account at our store with an updated phone number and email address, no action is needed. If you do not, or you are not sure, ask your cashier or stop by the service desk any time.
Please note, Basics does not currently use an SMS texting app. If we ever start, we’ll make sure you can easily opt in or out. As required by law, all emails from us have an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Your participation in these programs at Basics is always optional and is not required to shop. You may have already noticed some of these since mid-July in the freezer and Supplements departments. As long as you have an active account (see above), these coupons are automatically applied at checkout when you buy the product. ZERO coupon clipping required. Just watch for the signs, buy the products, and voila! Immediate savings.

Personalized Email Offers
Starting in mid-August, we can send special offers just for you! Any current offers will be automatically applied to your account at Basics, so as soon as the terms of the offer are met when the cashier scans your order, you guessed it… Voila! Immediate savings. Be sure to watch for the expiration date in the email, as these will drop off your account automatically when they expire. They cannot be re-activated after expiration.

ePunch: Buy 9, Get the 10th FREE Co-op Cafe Drinks
These will be digitally tallied beginning September 1st. All paper punch cards expire August 31, so hurry in to get those last few hole punches and claim your FREE 10th drink ($5 max value)! After August 31, all paper coupons are null and void. Punches will not be transferred. Remember to start entering your phone number at the PIN pad so your ePunch rewards get logged. We have noticed that because Owner discounts are not applied at the Cafe, some customers are under the impression that Co-op Ownership does not “count” at the Cafe - but that is incorrect. In the event Basics pays a dividend to Owners, it is based on ALL spending at Basics. If you do not use your account, we have no way to attribute purchases to you.
