6/27, Mershon’s Hard Cider Tasting
Mershon’s Hard Cider
“From old stone mills to hand crank presses, people have been juicing apples to make alcoholic cider for generations.”
With a base of pressed apples and wildflower honey, locally made Mershon’s Cider is a cross of hard cider and mead, which is also called a cyser. Stop in to Basics from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, June 27th, to try cyser for yourself! Meet Mershon’s founder and owner, Joseph.
