Ryan

Made in the instant pot: Maya Kaimal Tikka Masala simmer sauce with WI Meadows pork, rice and seasonal veggies.


Kameo

Veggie Black Bean Quesadillas with refried black beans, cheese and seasonal veggies.


Amber

Stir-fry with chicken, stir-fry blend veggies from freezer, onions, garlic, Bragg liquid aminos or Coconut Secret aminos, over rice or rice noodles.


Phoenix

Lentils, tomatoes, seasonal veggies, lots of garlic, salt, pepper, oregano and cumin, with rice.


Jane

Sauteed zucchini, onions, and peppers with hamburger/egg/other protein, with Italian blend herbs or curry.
