Grilled Peach and Prosciutto Salad

Grilled peaches are amazingly delicious and are complemented in this quick and easy salad by the savoriness of goat cheese and Prosciutto.

For a vegetarian version, simply skip the Prosciutto.

The Co+op Explorers Kids Club is FREE and all kids ages 3-12 are welcome to participate. No signup required - kids just pick up a Healthy Challenge at the service desk each month and complete it to earn a FREE Smoothie of the Month. All kids are also welcome to choose from the treat basket after every visit!
