In 1966, Jan Toubl purchased 3 pheasants to train his Irish Setter. Jan Toubl then attended UW-Madison and earned his B.S. in Poultry Science. Now, Birdman’s, located in Beloit, WI, is a Licensed Game Farm producing a full assortment of game bird specialty gourmet food products!
