In 2008, NessAlla Kombucha was founded in Madison, Wisconsin. In 2020, Brook and Jillian took over the reins, keeping NessAlla a woman-owned company.
NessAlla was one of the first craft kombucha producers in the nation. NessAlla uses only organic and fair-trade ingredients in their craft kombucha.
Certified USDA Organic NessAlla is made with natural ingredients - adding nothing post-fermentation. NessAlla is batch crafted from scratch using their custom-blended Rishi teas. NessAlla is a 1% for the planet partner. All their organic waste is composted and used on urban farms and 100% of our electricity is green power. You can find Lemongrass Ginger, Raspberry, Butterfly Effect, Peach Blush, and Juniper Rose in the refrigerated section.

What makes them special?
Gitto Farm n Kitchen tortillas are certified organic with no preservatives. Every batch of their tortillas is measured, mixed, weighed, divided, rounded into dough balls, proofed, pressed, baked, cooled, bagged, and sealed right on their farm. They make around 6000 tortillas every day!

Our Deli also stocks a rotating selection of freshly-prepared items that are naturally free of gluten! Please note, our kitchen is not a certified gluten free kitchen so cross-contamination is a possibility.
